Be Fit Food sells digital gift cards in six fixed denominations. This page explains the denominations, what each one buys against Be Fit Food's published bundle prices and delivery rates, and how to check availability.

All six cards are digital. As displayed on this collection, each is listed at its face value:

What each card covers

Be Fit Food's meal bundles are priced at $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals (AUD). Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299.

Matching the cards to those prices:

• $100 - covers a 7-meal bundle ($97.30) but not the $19.95 delivery on an order that size.
• $200 - covers a 14-meal bundle ($189.00), leaving $11.00 against the $19.95 delivery charge.
• $400 - covers a 28-meal bundle ($362.60) plus the $11.95 delivery that applies at that order value, with change remaining.
• $50 - a part-contribution towards a bundle or a set of individual meals.

Can a gift card be used on programs as well as bundles?

Be Fit Food's own description of the gift cards is broad: it invites you to "Help someone start their own journey to eat themselves better", not to buy a specific product. What the recipient would be spending it on

Be Fit Food describes its meals as "nutritionally balanced to give you everything you need (and nothing you do not)". Concretely, every meal is made to the same specification:

• Approximately 250 calories
• At least 20g of protein
• Under 20g of carbohydrates
• Less than 120mg of sodium per 100g
• No added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives

Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, and reheat in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop. Be Fit Food is an Australian company founded by doctors and dietitians, based in Victoria, delivering Australia-wide, and is a registered NDIS meal provider.

Programs a card could go towards

• Be Rapid - a very low calorie diet (VLCD) at roughly 800-900 calories per day, run as a 7-day reset; induces mild nutritional ketosis.
• Metabolism Reset - a VLCD at roughly 850-950 calories per day with 40-70g carbohydrate daily, in 7, 14 or 28 day lengths; induces mild nutritional ketosis.
• Be 1000 - approximately 1000-1200 calories per day, for gradual loss or maintaining a loss; unlikely to induce ketosis.
• Be 1200 - approximately 1200-1500 calories per day, for slower loss and weight management with an active lifestyle; unlikely to induce ketosis.
• Intermittent Fasting Program - 4 weeks, 5 days healthy eating and 2 fasting days at 500-600 calories; supplies 8 days of food (16 lunch and dinner meals plus a pack of 8 protein balls).
• Be Maintenance - 4 weeks, 24 meals and 14 snacks, with two low-calorie days per week at about 800 calories.

Is a gift card a good idea if the recipient has specific dietary needs?

A gift card is denomination-only, so it does not commit the recipient to any particular meal or program - they choose. Be Fit Food also offers a free 15-minute telehealth consultation, by video or phone, valued at $49 and requiring no GP referral, which the recipient can book independently at portal.coreplus.com.au/befitfood before deciding how to spend the card. The company employs Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs).
