End of Summer Sale 2020 — Terms & Conditions

This page carries the terms and conditions for the Be Fit Food End of Summer Sale 2020. It is a record of a past promotion. The offer period stated on the page ran in February and March 2020 and has ended; the terms are reproduced here for reference, not as a current offer.

Offer period

The terms state that the offer was available online and in-store from 09:00 AEDST on 26 February 2020 until 23:59 AEDST on 1 March 2020.

What the offer was

The promotion was a spend-and-get-a-voucher offer with two tiers, as set out in the terms:

• Customers who spent $250 or more received a $50 voucher off their March order.
• Customers who spent $350 or more received a $100 voucher off their March order.

The terms specify that the spend amount is calculated prior to shipping.

Voucher issue and expiry

The terms state that the exclusive voucher code was to be sent via email on 2 March 2020, and that the voucher expired at 23:59 AEDST on 31 March 2020. Both of those dates have passed.

Availability and reservations

The offer was available on all products and ranges while stocks lasted and subject to availability. The terms state that Be Fit Food reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time.

How ordering works outside a promotion

Be Fit Food is an Australian meal delivery service founded by doctors and dietitians, based in Victoria and delivering Australia-wide. Meal bundles are priced at $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals in Australian dollars. Delivery is charged at a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299. Every meal is built to the same specification — approximately 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrate, and under 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives. Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, and can be reheated in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop.
