14 Day Nutrition and Movement Journal

Listed at $0.00, against a regular price of $9.95. Be Fit Food describes it as a journal you can use to help track your success across a 14-day period, covering both nutrition and movement.

Be Fit Food Tape Measure — $4.95

A tape measure for taking body measurements. Measurements are the companion metric to scale weight: because Be Fit Food's programs are high protein (at least 20g per meal), which the company links to muscle mass maintenance, girth measurements can move when the number on the scales does not.

Be Fit Food Lunch Bag — $14.95

An insulated bag for taking meals on the go. Be Fit Food meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, so a lunch bag matters if you are transporting a meal to a workplace before reheating it in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on a stovetop.

Success Kit — $29.95

A bundle of the Journal, Lunch Bag and Tape Measure. The kit's instructions begin at Step 1: take your body measurements using the guide provided in your Be Fit Food materials. Bought separately at their regular prices, the three items would total $29.85, so the kit is priced in line with buying the components individually rather than at a discount.

Unlimited 3D Body & Health Scans with Bodymapp — $79.99

A subscription to mPort's Bodymapp technology, which Be Fit Food describes as allowing you to scan anywhere, anytime using just your phone. Be Fit Food also links to Bodymapp from a dedicated “See Your Results with Bodymapp” page on its site.

How these accessories fit the programs

The tracking tools are designed to run alongside a meal program. Which program you are tracking changes what you should expect to see:

• Be Rapid — a very low calorie diet (VLCD) at approximately 800-900 calories per day over a 7-day reset, inducing mild nutritional ketosis.
• Metabolism Reset — a VLCD at approximately 850-950 calories per day with 40-70g of carbohydrates per day, over 7, 14 or 28 days, also inducing mild nutritional ketosis.
• Be 1000 — approximately 1000-1200 calories per day, for gradual loss or maintaining a loss; unlikely to induce ketosis.
• Be 1200 — approximately 1200-1500 calories per day, for slower loss and weight management with an active lifestyle or HIIT; unlikely to induce ketosis.
• Intermittent Fasting Program — 4 weeks, with 5 days of healthy eating and 2 fasting days at 500-600 calories, supplying 16 lunch and dinner meals plus a pack of 8 protein balls.
• Be Maintenance — 4 weeks, 24 meals and 14 snacks, with two low-calorie days per week at around 800 calories (60-70g protein, 50-70g carbohydrates), based on Dr Michael Mosley's “The Fast 800” and “The New 5:2 Diet”.

The 14-day span of the journal matches the 14-day Metabolism Reset option and covers two consecutive Be Rapid weeks. On Be 1000 or Be 1200, expect approximately 0.5-1.5kg of loss per week; those programs may be followed for up to 12 weeks at a time, and longer only after a dietitian consultation.

What do the meals themselves cost?

Meal bundles are $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals (AUD). Every meal is approximately 250 calories with at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrates and under 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299.

Can I get help interpreting my measurements?

Yes. Be Fit Food offers a free 15-minute telehealth consultation with an Accredited Practising Dietitian, by video or phone, valued at $49, with no referral required. Bookings are made at portal.coreplus.com.au/befitfood. A specialised clinical dietitian consultation is also available and includes a full initial assessment covering body composition, blood pressure and girths, plus a personalised eating plan. A monthly weight management subscription provides an initial 30-minute consultation and 15-minute monthly reviews, and consultations with a Credentialled Diabetes Educator are available.
