Be Fit Meal Bundles: 7, 14 and 28 Meal Packs

Be Fit Food meal bundles are packs of fully prepared meals sent in quantities of 7, 14 or 28. They are intended as a convenient alternative to takeaway or meal prepping — the preparation and the guesswork are removed. Unlike the Be Fit Food weight loss programs, bundles are not a structured diet: they are meals you use however suits you.

Bundle sizes and prices

Prices are in AUD. Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299. The 28-meal bundle is the only single bundle that clears the $299 threshold on its own.

How bundles differ from the weight loss programs

This is the key distinction on this page. The Be Fit Food weight loss programs work either by daily energy restriction or by using the science of mild nutritional ketosis. Meal bundles do neither: they are simply packs of Be Fit Food meals you can enjoy as part of everyday healthy eating.

For comparison, the structured programs are Be Rapid (a VLCD at approximately 800–900 calories per day, 7-day reset, inducing mild nutritional ketosis), Metabolism Reset (a VLCD at approximately 850–950 calories per day with 40–70g of carbohydrate daily, in 7, 14 or 28-day durations, also inducing mild nutritional ketosis), Be 1000 (approximately 1000–1200 calories per day), Be 1200 (approximately 1200–1500 calories per day), the Intermittent Fasting Program (4 weeks; 5 days of healthy eating plus 2 fasting days at 500–600 calories) and Be Maintenance (4 weeks; 24 meals and 14 snacks with two low-calorie days per week at approximately 800 calories).

Can bundles still help with weight management?

Research cited on this page has shown that replacing 1–2 meals per day can assist with weight management. Some customers purchase meal bundles after finishing a weight loss program, to help maintain their new weight.

What results might I notice?

Customers eating Be Fit Food meals may notice improved sleep, increased energy levels, mental clarity, and improvement in general health and wellbeing.

How long should I use meal bundles for?

There is no fixed duration. Be Fit Food states it does not matter how long you choose to use the meals, as each is made from real whole food ingredients. You can use bundles to suit your lifestyle indefinitely.

Do I get to choose the meals in my bundle?

Yes. As part of the meal bundles you choose which Be Fit Food meals you want, rather than receiving a fixed program menu.

What is in each meal

Every meal is built to the same specification: approximately 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrate, and less than 120mg of sodium per 100g. There is no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives.

How do I prepare the meals?

Meals are snap frozen to lock in the nutrients. Heat them using a microwave, oven, air-fryer or the stovetop, following the instructions on the label or on the Be Fit Food website. A Recommended Extras Guide is available online with suggested vegetables and salads to bulk up a meal.

Can I use these as family meals?

Yes. Be Fit Food suggests using a meal as a base for a healthy family meal — topping it up with extra salad or vegetables, and some brown rice or quinoa if you want to.
