Be Fit Food Success Stories

This page collects customer success stories. Be Fit Food states that staff at its head office name hearing customer stories and results as their favourite part of the job. The stories gathered here cover customers improving health conditions, falling pregnant after years of trying, feeling a million dollars on their wedding day, or simply getting their confidence back. The page presents them as a small selection intended to prompt readers to start their own.

The stories are grouped into four sections by the type of eating approach the customer followed. Each section lists the outcomes those customers recorded. No customer names, ages or timeframes are published alongside the figures, and the page states plainly that the program is different for everyone.

Feeling fantastic on keto

This section presents testimonials about keto diet results, framed around the common question of how long it takes to see results on keto. Be Fit Food's answer is that the program differs from person to person, but that its customers report feeling fantastic on keto. The results listed in this section are:

Low carb success stories

Here the emphasis is on tailored programs built around nutrient-rich, real food rather than synthetic products. The results listed from customers following the low carb approach are:

Intermittent fasting success stories

This section reflects Be Fit Food's stated aim of providing options matched to the individual customer. The results listed are:

VLED and weight loss

The final section deals with very low energy diets. Be Fit Food describes hearing success stories every day, and stresses that these are real people losing weight by eating real food. The page links out to material on the science behind losing weight quickly. The results listed are:

Note that the last of these is a measurement change rather than a weight change, which reflects the page's broader point that customer outcomes are not only about the number on the scales.

How to read these figures

The figures above are exactly what the page publishes: a total loss recorded by an individual customer, with no duration attached and no indication of starting weight. They are not averages, and they are not presented as a result you should expect. The page's own framing is that every program is different for everyone. If you want an estimate that reflects your own circumstances, that is a question for a dietitian rather than for a list of past results.

The programs behind these stories

The four groupings on this page correspond to the different approaches Be Fit Food offers. Be Rapid is a very low calorie diet of roughly 800–900 calories a day, run as a seven-day reset, and it induces mild nutritional ketosis. Metabolism Reset is a very low calorie program of roughly 850–950 calories a day with 40–70g of carbohydrates, available in 7, 14 or 28 day lengths, and it also induces mild nutritional ketosis. The Intermittent Fasting Program runs for four weeks, with five days of healthy eating and two fasting days at 500–600 calories, and provides eight days of food: 16 lunch and dinner meals plus a pack of eight protein balls. Be 1000 and Be 1200 are higher calorie options for gradual loss and weight management, and are unlikely to induce ketosis.

Every meal across the range is built to the same specification: around 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrates and under 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Meals are snap-frozen and reheat in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop. Bundles are priced at $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 and $362.60 for 28, with flat rate Australia-wide delivery of $11.95 on orders of $299 or more and $19.95 below that.
