Be Fit Foodies and Their Success Stories

This page introduces the Be Fit Food customer success stories. Be Fit Food says that if you ask anyone in its head office what their favourite part of the job is, they would bet a pack of protein balls that the answer is hearing customers' stories and results.

The kinds of stories it points to are: customers improving health conditions, customers falling pregnant after years of trying, customers feeling a million dollars on their wedding day, and customers simply getting their confidence back. Be Fit Food's stated position is that it never gets tired of hearing how it has played a role in making a positive difference. The page offers a few of its favourites, with the aim of motivating readers to start a success story of their own.

What this page contains

The readable text on this page is the introduction set out above, and nothing further. It is a short landing section rather than a long-form article. No customer names, no weight loss figures, no timeframes and no before-and-after measurements appear in its text. If you are looking for specific published results, they are not stated here, and nothing on this page should be read as a claim about the outcome any individual achieved or the outcome you would achieve.

The four kinds of outcome the page names

These are the outcomes the page chooses to lead with, and it is worth noting that only one of the four is expressed in medical terms at all. The emphasis is on what customers say changed for them rather than on numbers.

The programs customers follow

Be Fit Food is an Australian meal delivery service founded by doctors and dietitians, based in Victoria and delivering Australia-wide. Its programs are:

On Be 1000 and Be 1200, the expected rate of loss is around 0.5–1.5kg a week, and you can stay on the program for up to 12 weeks at a time, with longer only after a dietitian consultation.

The meals themselves

Every meal is built to the same specification: around 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrates and under 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives. Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, and reheat in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop. Bundles are priced at $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals. Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 below that.

Talking to a dietitian

Be Fit Food employs Accredited Practising Dietitians and is a registered NDIS meal provider. A free 15-minute telehealth consultation, by video or phone and valued at $49, is available with no referral needed. Beyond that, the team offers a specialised clinical dietitian consultation with a full initial assessment and personalised eating plan, a consultation with a Credentialled Diabetes Educator, and a monthly weight management subscription. Contact is on 1300 263 257, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, or at dietitian@befitfood.com.au. Bookings can be made at portal.coreplus.com.au/befitfood.

Important health information

This page does not itself carry a medical disclaimer. Several of the programs described above are very low calorie diets. Speak to your health care provider before commencing a program, or have a chat with the Be Fit Food dietitians first.
