The Be Fit Food programs referenced in the series

Be Fit Food's position is that the hardest part of dietary change is the preparation: the food shop, researching recipes, and knowing correct portion sizes without going back for seconds. The programs remove that by supplying fully prepared, snap-frozen, portion-controlled meals that are ready to heat and serve.

Important health information

Podcast episodes are general discussion, not medical, nutritional or business advice, and guests speak for themselves rather than for Be Fit Food. The Metabolism Reset and Be Rapid programs are very low calorie diets that run well below standard daily energy intakes and are designed to induce mild nutritional ketosis, which is not suitable for everyone. Individual results vary. Be 1000 and Be 1200 should not be followed for more than 12 weeks at a time without a dietitian consultation. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, consult your GP or an Accredited Practising Dietitian before starting any weight loss program.

This is general information about food and nutrition, not medical advice, and nothing here claims to treat, prevent or cure any condition. Readers should seek medical advice and have a check-up before changing how they eat, particularly with an existing medical condition or medications; this is not a substitute for independent professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Weight loss results and rates of weight loss vary between individuals.
