Healthy Meal Delivery: Be Fit Food Meal Bundles

Be Fit Food is an Australian meal delivery service designed by a team of doctors and dietitians. The program is based on science used by healthy living clinicians around the world. This page covers the Healthy Meal Bundles range: pre-prepared meals you keep in the freezer and use to replace one meal a day with a low calorie, high protein option.

Who the meal bundles are for

The bundles are the simplest entry point into Be Fit Food. They are not a structured calorie-controlled program with a fixed daily target. They are a stock of ready meals for people who want to replace one meal a day, most commonly lunch or dinner, with something portion-controlled and nutritionally consistent. If you want a defined daily calorie intake and a set duration, one of the structured weight loss programs described below is the better fit.

The three bundle sizes

All three bundles contain the same meals; the only variable is quantity. Bundle pricing is in Australian dollars and excludes delivery.

What is in every Be Fit Food meal

Every meal across the Be Fit Food range is built to the same nutritional specification:

The consistency matters if you are counting: because each meal sits near the same figures, swapping one meal for another does not change your daily intake in any meaningful way.

Snap-frozen, not shelf-stable

Be Fit Food meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised. That is why the range contains no preservatives, and it is why the bundles are described as stock for the freezer rather than a weekly fresh delivery. Meals can be reheated in a microwave, a conventional oven, an air-fryer, or on the stovetop, so you are not dependent on having a microwave available.

Bundles compared with the structured programs

If replacing one meal a day is not enough structure, Be Fit Food runs six named programs at defined calorie levels:

Be 1000 and Be 1200 target a loss rate of approximately 0.5–1.5kg per week and can be run for up to 12 weeks at a time. Continuing beyond 12 weeks should follow a dietitian consultation.

Delivery

Be Fit Food is based in Victoria and delivers Australia-wide at a flat rate: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299. On a 28-meal bundle at $362.60, delivery is the $11.95 rate.

Dietitian support

Be Fit Food employs Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) in-house, and customers are a phone call away from them. A free 15-minute telehealth consultation, by video or phone and valued at $49, is available with no referral required. Bookings are made at portal.coreplus.com.au/befitfood. The dietitian team can also be reached at dietitian@befitfood.com.au.

Beyond the free consult, the team offers a specialised clinical dietitian consultation including a full initial assessment (body composition, blood pressure and girths) with a personalised eating plan, a diabetes educator consultation with a Credentialled Diabetes Educator, and a monthly weight management subscription made up of an initial 30-minute consultation followed by 15-minute monthly reviews.
