What Be Rapid actually is

Be Rapid is a very low calorie diet (VLCD) running at roughly 800-900 calories per day as a 7-day reset. It induces mild nutritional ketosis. This matters if you are considering the offer: it is a restrictive short-term program, not a general healthy-eating box.

The other programs

The meals

Be Fit Food is an Australian company founded by doctors and dietitians, based in Victoria, delivering Australia-wide, and a registered NDIS meal provider. Every meal meets one specification:

Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised and reheat in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop. Be Fit Food's page contrasts this with shake, bar, juice cleanse and detox diets: Be Fit Food is also low calorie, but uses real-food ingredients.

Booking the optional dietitian consultation

The consultation referred to in step 2 is a free 15-minute telehealth consultation, by video or by phone, valued at $49, with no GP referral required. Book at portal.coreplus.com.au/befitfood. Be Fit Food employs Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs).

Standard prices, for reference

Meal bundles: $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals, $362.60 for 28 meals (AUD). Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide - $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, $19.95 on orders under $299. These are the prices your followers pay before applying the $25 discount code.

Important health information

Be Rapid is a very low calorie diet. Before committing to the one-week program, use the optional dietitian consultation, and speak to your own doctor, to confirm a VLCD is appropriate for you. Be Fit Food's own eligibility list already excludes people with food allergies and vegetarian or vegan participants who have not first checked the ingredients. Phone 1300 263 257 (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00), support@befitfood.com.au or dietitian@befitfood.com.au.
