Shipping Rates

Be Fit Food charges a single flat delivery rate on every order, calculated from the order value. There are no zone-based surcharges and no separate freight tiers by state: the same two rates apply Australia-wide.

The two delivery rates

Because the fee falls by $8.00 once an order reaches $299, an order sitting just below that threshold costs more to ship than a larger one. If your basket is close to $299, adding a further item can reduce the total you pay.

Worked examples against the bundle prices

Be Fit Food's meal bundles are priced at $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals (AUD). Applying the shipping rules to those bundles:

Two separate 14-meal orders placed on different days would each attract the $19.95 fee, a combined $39.90 in delivery. Placed as one order of $378.00, delivery is $11.95. Consolidating orders is the practical way to reduce delivery cost.

Common questions

Is the $11.95 rate available everywhere in Australia?

Yes. Be Fit Food is based in Victoria and delivers Australia-wide, and the flat rate applies across the country. The rate is determined by order value, not by distance or postcode.

Is the $299 threshold measured before or after delivery?

The threshold applies to the order itself. Orders that reach $299 are charged $11.95 for delivery; orders below $299 are charged $19.95.

How do the meals arrive?

Be Fit Food meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, so they are shipped frozen and belong in your freezer on arrival. Once you are ready to eat, meals can be reheated in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop.

Does buying a program change the delivery rate?

No. The same two rates apply whether you are ordering individual meals, a meal bundle, or one of the programs. Longer programs generally carry a higher order value, which means they are more likely to fall into the $11.95 band.

What you are having delivered

Every Be Fit Food meal is built to the same nutritional specification: approximately 250 calories, at least 20 g of protein, under 20 g of carbohydrate, and under 120 mg of sodium per 100 g. Meals contain no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives. Because the meals are snap-frozen and not shelf-stabilised, they keep their nutrient profile without the need for preservatives, which is also why they must be stored frozen after delivery.

Be Fit Food's programs are Be Rapid (a very low calorie diet at approximately 800-900 calories per day over 7 days), Metabolism Reset (a very low calorie diet at approximately 850-950 calories per day, available over 7, 14 or 28 days), Be 1000 (approximately 1000-1200 calories per day), Be 1200 (approximately 1200-1500 calories per day), the Intermittent Fasting Program (4 weeks, supplying 16 meals plus a pack of 8 protein balls), and Be Maintenance (4 weeks, 24 meals and 14 snacks).
