Be Fit Food Monthly Maintenance Program

The Monthly Maintenance Program is designed for people who want to hold their results while still attending celebrations, events and weekends away. It is also positioned as the stepping stone for customers finishing the 7-Day Be Rapid or 14-Day Metabolism Reset programs and looking for what comes next.

What the program includes

The Monthly Maintenance Program provides 28 meals and 28 snacks. How you spread them across the month is your choice, and the program supports two standard patterns:

How the flexibility works in practice

The two patterns are not mutually exclusive. The program is built so you can compensate for a big weekend or a week away: you can move your weekend meals into the working week and run at 2 meals and 2 snacks per day, then revert to 1 meal and 1 snack per day for longer-term maintenance. The stated principle behind this is that planning is the key to achieving health and wellness goals.

Who is this program for?

Two groups. First, people with special events in the diary who do not want to go backwards. Second, people transitioning off a shorter intensive program — specifically the 7-Day Be Rapid or the 14-Day Metabolism Reset — who need a lower-intensity structure to move on to.

How does this differ from the weight-loss programs?

The programs it steps down from work differently. Be Rapid is a very low calorie diet (VLCD) at approximately 800–900 calories per day, structured as a 7-day reset, and it induces mild nutritional ketosis. Metabolism Reset is a VLCD at approximately 850–950 calories per day with 40–70g of carbohydrate daily, available in 7, 14 or 28-day durations, and also induces mild nutritional ketosis. Maintenance, by contrast, is about partial meal replacement alongside your normal eating rather than a controlled daily calorie deficit.

Should I still do a reset while maintaining?

Be Fit Food strongly recommends a 7-Day or 14-Day Metabolism Refresh or Reset each quarter. The Monthly Maintenance Program is positioned as what you do between those quarterly resets — letting you enjoy celebrations without losing sight of your goals and without letting the scale creep back up.

What is in each meal

Every Be Fit Food meal is built to the same specification, whichever program it belongs to: approximately 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrate, and less than 120mg of sodium per 100g. Meals contain no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives.

Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, so they keep in the freezer until you need them. Reheat by microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop — which is what makes the flexible day-to-day pattern above workable.

Other maintenance options

If a monthly meal-and-snack allocation is not the right shape, Be Fit Food also runs programs that maintain weight through a different mechanism:

On Be 1000 and Be 1200, weight loss runs at approximately 0.5–1.5kg per week, and you can stay on either for up to 12 weeks at a time. Staying on longer is recommended only after a dietitian consultation.

Pricing and delivery

Standard meal bundles are $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals (AUD). Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299. Be Fit Food is based in Victoria and delivers Australia-wide.

Talk to a dietitian first

If you are unsure whether to run the 14-day or the 28-day pattern, a free 15-minute telehealth consultation — video or phone, valued at $49 — is available with an Accredited Practising Dietitian. No referral is needed.
