Metabolism Reset is one of the Be Fit Food weight loss programs. It is a very low calorie diet (VLCD) of approximately 850-950 calories per day with 40-70g of carbohydrates per day, and it induces mild nutritional ketosis. It is available in 7, 14 and 28 day lengths; this offer applies to the 14 day length only.

Refer a Friend

• Refer a friend using the Be Fit Foodie Crew landing page.
• Sign in and provide your friend's email address, or share your personal link with them using the social icons.
• Your friend receives $50 off their first purchase.
• Minimum spend of $150.
• 5,000 points are rewarded to the referrer one business day after the order is placed.
• The page states the offer is valid until 08/07/2024.
• The referee must be a new Be Fit Food customer for the referral to be successful.
• The referrer must be registered with a Be Fit Food Crew Loyalty account to access points.

Newsletter sign ups

• Receive $25 off your first order by subscribing to the Be Fit Food newsletter.
• The sign-up code is sent to the confirmed email address once you have subscribed.

Points common to these offers

Reading the three sets of terms together, a few rules recur:

• Codes cannot be stacked. Both the Metabolism Reset and newsletter offers state explicitly that they cannot be combined with another code or offer.
• Two of the three offers carry a minimum spend of $150: the Refer a Friend discount and the newsletter discount.
• Two of the three require an account or a confirmed contact detail: the referrer needs a Be Fit Food Crew Loyalty account, and the newsletter code is issued only to a confirmed email address.
• Unused discount codes are not refundable.
• The newsletter offer is limited to one use per customer, and the Refer a Friend offer requires the referred person to be a new customer.

Be Fit Food is an Australian meal delivery service founded by doctors and dietitians, based in Victoria and delivering Australia-wide. Outside of the program pricing, meals are sold in bundles: 7 meals for $97.30, 14 meals for $189.00 and 28 meals for $362.60.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299.

Every Be Fit Food meal is made to the same specification: around 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrates and less than 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives. Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, and reheat in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop.

The dietitian team is contactable separately at dietitian@befitfood.com.au, and free 15-minute dietitian consultations can be booked at portal.coreplus.com.au/befitfood.
