Be Fit Food's very low calorie programs (Be Rapid and Metabolism Reset) are designed to induce mild nutritional ketosis and operate well below standard daily energy intakes. Be 1000 and Be 1200 should be followed for no more than 12 weeks at a time without first consulting a dietitian.
