Wholesale and Corporate Partners

Be Fit Food works with organisations, platforms and venues as a corporate partner. There are two shapes the arrangement can take: Be Fit Food delivers fully prepared, healthy meals to your customers or teams, or it supplies discounts, offers and credit for use on your own platform or establishment. Enquiries are made through the corporate partners form on this page.

Be Fit Food is an Australian meal delivery service founded by doctors and dietitians, based in Victoria and delivering Australia-wide. It is a registered NDIS meal provider and employs Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs).

Why the meals are frozen

Frozen supply solves several problems that matter to a wholesale or corporate buyer at once:

Be Fit Food meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised. They reheat in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop, so no specialised equipment is required on site.

Meal specification

Every meal is made to the same specification, which makes it straightforward to state nutritional parameters to your own members or customers:

Frequently asked questions

How is Be Fit Food different from other ready-made meal companies?

The recipes follow a Mediterranean style approach to eating, are low in carbohydrates, and contain 4–12 different vegetables per meal. The meals are designed to help bring the body into a mild nutritional state of ketosis for effective fat burning. Be Fit Food states that its programs are suitable for chronic health disease management such as Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol, and that customer results extend beyond the number on the scales to improved bowel movements, better sleeping habits, decreased bloating, more energy and improvement in mental health. Individual results vary.

Does Be Fit Food cater to different dietary requirements?

Yes. The menu offers a range of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. There are also alternative menus for allergens and preferences — including coriander free, low garlic, no mushroom and onion, and dairy and lactose free — which are published in the resources section of the website. This matters for wholesale buyers, because it means a single supplier can cover most of the dietary requests in a mixed group without a separate arrangement.

Are Be Fit Food meals gluten free and coeliac friendly?

98% of Be Fit Food meals are gluten free and therefore coeliac friendly. The meals are produced in the same facility as non-gluten-free meals, and Be Fit Food lab tests its meals to confirm no gluten is present.

What programs can partners offer their members?

The six programs are Be Rapid (a VLCD at approximately 800–900 calories per day, run as a 7-day reset), the Metabolism Reset (a VLCD at approximately 850–950 calories per day with 40–70 g carbohydrates, in 7, 14 or 28 day durations), Be 1000 (approximately 1000–1200 calories per day), Be 1200 (approximately 1200–1500 calories per day, suited to an active lifestyle), the Intermittent Fasting Program (4 weeks, with two fasting days per week at 500–600 calories) and Be Maintenance (4 weeks, 24 meals and 14 snacks, with two low-calorie days per week at approximately 800 calories).

Important health information

Individual results vary. Very low calorie diets are not appropriate for everyone. Anyone considering a Be Fit Food program for the management of a health condition should speak with their own health professional before commencing and during the program.
