Be Fit Food Retail Stockists: Where to Buy In Store

Be Fit Food is stocked in more than 50 retail locations across Australia. Buying in store is the alternative to home delivery: useful if you do not want to wait for a delivery, or if you only want a couple of meals rather than a full program. The complete list of stores, with addresses, is set out below this summary.

Which states have stockists?

Stockists are listed in five states. Approximate counts by state, based on the current list:

There are currently no stockists listed in Western Australia, the Northern Territory or the ACT. In those areas, home delivery is the route to take.

Which retailers stock Be Fit Food?

The network spans pharmacy and grocery chains:

Be Fit Food has indicated it is landing in more Chemist Warehouse stores during 2026, so the list is expanding.

Does every store carry the whole range?

No. Several locations are flagged as carrying the full range excluding granola, porridge and cookies. Stores listed with that note include Chemist Warehouse Brunswick South, Dandenong, Fitzroy and Mornington in Victoria, Chemist Warehouse Campbelltown in NSW, and Chemist Warehouse Southport in Queensland. If you specifically want granola, porridge or cookies, check with the store before travelling, or order online.

Where the Victorian stores are concentrated

The Victorian list clusters around three areas in particular: the Mornington Peninsula (Mornington has three separate stockists — Chemist Warehouse Mornington, Chemist Warehouse Mornington Central, TerryWhite Chemmart at Bentons Square — plus Mornington Nutrition, with Mount Eliza, Mount Martha, Dromana and Balnarring nearby); inner Melbourne (Fitzroy, Brunswick South, West Brunswick, Carnegie, Camberwell, Malvern, Preston, Port Melbourne and the Paramount Centre on Bourke Street in the CBD); and the south-eastern corridor (Dandenong, Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Carrum Downs, Rowville, Knoxfield, Chadstone). Regional Victorian stockists include Geelong and Shepparton.

Buying in store versus ordering online

In store you can pick up individual meals immediately with no delivery wait or delivery fee. Ordering online gives you access to the structured programs and bundle pricing:

Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, $19.95 on orders under $299. Be Fit Food delivers Australia-wide, so home delivery reaches areas with no nearby stockist.

What you are buying, in either channel

Every Be Fit Food meal is built to the same specification: approximately 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrates and under 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives. Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, so they need freezer storage after purchase, and reheat by microwave, oven, air-fryer or stovetop.

Important health information

Meals bought from a retail stockist are individual products, not a supervised program. Be Fit Food's very low calorie programs, Be Rapid (approximately 800-900 calories per day) and Metabolism Reset (approximately 850-950 calories per day), are designed to induce mild nutritional ketosis and should be followed as structured programs rather than improvised from individually purchased meals. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, consult your GP or an Accredited Practising Dietitian before starting a weight loss program. Store details, stock ranges and store lists change; confirm availability with the store before travelling.

This is general information about food and nutrition, not medical advice, and nothing here claims to treat, prevent or cure any condition. Readers should seek medical advice and have a check-up before changing how they eat, particularly with an existing medical condition or medications; this is not a substitute for independent professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Weight loss results and rates of weight loss vary between individuals.
