• Spiced Lentil Dahl (GF) (VG) — 212 calories, 18.1g protein, 18.2g carbs, $13.95. The page describes it as vegan and gluten free, with chunky pieces of baked tofu.
• Vegan Bolognese (GF) (VG) — 261 calories, 18.1g protein, 22.0g carbs, $13.95. Listed as a meat free option.

Vegan and gluten free labelling

Four of the six items carry a (GF) label alongside (VG): the Yellow Vegetable Curry, the Malaysian Spiced Pumpkin & Chickpea Soup, the Spiced Lentil Dahl and the Vegan Bolognese. How these meals relate to the standard Be Fit Food specification

Be Fit Food meals are built to a standard specification of roughly 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrates and less than 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives. The vegan items sit close to that shape on calories, ranging from 183 to 267 per serve. On the figures shown, protein runs from 17.0g to 20.2g and carbohydrates from 17.2g to 22.0g, so the individual numbers on each product card are the ones to check if you are tracking a specific target.

All Be Fit Food meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, and can be reheated in a microwave, oven, air-fryer or on the stovetop.

Fitting vegan meals into a program

The vegan items are sold individually, so they can be added to an order alongside a Be Fit Food program. The programs available are Be Rapid (a very low calorie diet at roughly 800-900 calories a day, run as a 7-day reset), Metabolism Reset (roughly 850-950 calories a day with 40-70g of carbohydrates, in 7, 14 or 28 day lengths), Be 1000 (roughly 1000-1200 calories a day), Be 1200 (roughly 1200-1500 calories a day), the Intermittent Fasting Program and Be Maintenance. Because the vegan range is limited to six items, it suits topping up or swapping individual meals rather than filling a full program on its own.

Ordering and delivery

Individual vegan meals are priced at $13.95 each and the protein smoothies at $9.95. Meal bundles are also available at $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals. Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299.
