Holiday Cut-Off and Delivery Dates for Be Fit Food Meal Delivery

Be Fit Food changes its order cut-offs and delivery days over the Christmas and New Year period. The rule that governs everything on this page is simple: order by 11:30am AEST on a cut-off date to receive your order by the corresponding delivery date. The pairings differ by state, and in two states the gap between cut-off and delivery is longer than usual.

The normal cut-off and delivery schedule resumes in the week of 5 January 2026.

These dates apply across most regions in each state. Some exceptions apply, so check the delivery dates offered when you enter your postcode at checkout.

Victoria

Victoria has the most cut-offs of any state, with both a Saturday and a Sunday option each week.

New South Wales

Australian Capital Territory

The ACT schedule is identical to New South Wales.

Queensland

Queensland has the longest lead time listed — ten days from cut-off to delivery — so order early if you need meals across Christmas week.

Planning around the gaps

The practical consequence differs sharply by state. Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT all have a delivery landing on Wednesday 24 December, so meals can arrive before Christmas Day. Queensland, Western Australia, the Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania do not have a pre-Christmas delivery listed — the earliest listed deliveries there are 28, 29, 30 or 31 December. If you are in one of those states and want meals over Christmas itself, you need to order ahead of this schedule.

Be Fit Food meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, so they can be held in the freezer. That makes ordering a larger bundle in advance a workable way to cover a gap: bundles are $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals (AUD). Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299 — so a 28-meal bundle attracts the lower delivery rate.

What if I run out during the closure?

Cut-offs are 11:30am AEST. If you are in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, South Australia or a state observing daylight saving, convert to local time before assuming you have made the cut-off.

Every Be Fit Food meal is approximately 250 calories with at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrates and under 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
