Be Fit Food Individual Meals and Meal Bundles

Not everyone wants a full structured program. This page covers the other way to buy from Be Fit Food: individual meals and meal bundles you can order to replace some meals rather than all of them, plus how those compare with the programs if you later decide you want the structure.

What you can order

There are three ways to buy: weight loss programs, healthy meal bundles, and individual meals. The current individual range listed on this page is 48 individual meals, 11 breakfast items and 10 snacks. Meals can be filtered by dietary preference — gluten free, high protein, vegetarian, keto, low calorie and low carb.

Should I buy individual meals or a bundle?

Individual meals suit replacing one or two meals a day while you continue cooking the rest. Bundles suit stocking the freezer at a set price per block of meals. If you want a defined calorie target and a defined length, a program is the better fit — see the comparison below.

Bundle pricing and delivery

Meal bundles are priced in Australian dollars:

Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $299. Note that the 28-meal bundle at $362.60 crosses the $299 threshold, so it attracts the lower delivery rate.

What is in every meal

The nutritional specification is the same across the range, whether you order a single meal or a full program:

Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, so they keep in the freezer and are reheated when you want them — microwave, oven, air-fryer or stovetop.

Why the meals are built this way

As this page states, Be Fit Food meals are doctor and dietitian designed, scientifically formulated for health improvement, low-carb and high protein, and take a real food approach to weight loss rather than relying on bars, shakes or supplements. The low-carbohydrate, low-calorie formulation is what allows the programs to achieve mild nutritional ketosis for body fat reduction. Be Fit Food is an Australian company founded by doctors and dietitians, based in Victoria, delivering Australia-wide.

NDIS and Home Care Packages

Be Fit Food meals are available through the NDIS and Home Care Packages, as stated on this page. Be Fit Food is a registered NDIS meal provider.

If you decide you want a program instead

The six programs and their daily calorie levels are:

On Be 1000 and Be 1200 the expected rate of loss is approximately 0.5–1.5kg per week, and either can be followed for up to 12 weeks at a time — longer only after a dietitian consultation.

Free help choosing

What does the free consultation include?

As this page notes, Be Fit Food offers a free 15-minute call with a dietitian, valued at $49, to help you choose the right meal plan. The consultation is telehealth — video or phone — and no referral is required. Bookings are made at portal.coreplus.com.au/befitfood.

What if I need more than 15 minutes?

A specialised clinical dietitian consultation is available and includes a full initial assessment covering body composition, blood pressure and girth measurements, plus a personalised eating plan. There is also a consultation with a Credentialled Diabetes Educator, and a monthly weight management subscription that pairs an initial 30-minute consultation with 15-minute monthly reviews.
